The Asset Management Strategic Plan is driven by the Council Plan 2023 to 2028 and the Capital Strategic Plan 2024 to 2029.
Together, the plans will ensure that asset management decisions are taken in a planned way that allows the council to achieve its key strategic objectives whilst ensuring that the long-term viability of the council is not put at risk.
