Teulu Môn is a service that takes a family-based approach to early intervention and prevention.
Referrals for adults and children
All social care referrals for adults and children come into Teulu Môn.
Services include:
- information, advice and assistance (IAA)
- early help and preventative services

- Flying Start Service (for families with young children)
- Team Around the Family
- mental health support (through Llesiant Meddwl Môn)
- specialist children’s services
- learning disabilities services
