Everyone will have a part to play in keeping our centres safe, and we'll be asking you to follow a few rules too.

Keeping you safe and healthy is our number one priority. That's why we have cleaning procedures and social distancing measures.

Cleaning, cleanliness and disinfecting

We sanitise equipment throughout the day, cleaning the swimming pool changing rooms after each session and cleaning the entire centre every night. All staff have had cleaning training.

Members are encouraged to sanitise their hands at reception. Additional hand sanitiser units have been positioned in key areas and cleaning stations are located around the centre.

Social distancing

There are social distancing signs around the centre, including one-way systems where possible. We're also limiting the number of members in each area, such as the fitness rooms, fitness classes, swimming pool and changing rooms.

Please note: dry-side changing rooms will be unavailable for the time being. Members using the swimming pool can use the swimming changing rooms.

Fitness classes

We're running smaller classes to keep everyone safe. We're only running certain classes to ensure social distancing.

Protecting you and our teams

We've installed plastic shields at our reception desks and we'll be providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to our staff if necessary.

Before coming into the centre

Stay home if you're unwell

Please don't come to the centre if you feel sick or have COVID-19 symptoms.

Bring your own

If you're doing a fitness class, bring your own mat if you have one. Unfortunately, the water fountains and vending machines will be out of use. Therefore, please ensure you bring your own water with you.

Arrive ready to work out

Please come in your workout/fitness clothes.

Travel light

We won't have as many lockers available as usual, so please think about how much you're bringing with you.

Pre-book your activity

All activities will need to be booked in advance. You can do this by using our online booking system.

While you're at the centre

Use hand sanitising stations

You'll find these before you reach reception and throughout the centre.

Check-in at reception if you're doing a class

Try to arrive no more than 5 minutes early and follow the social distancing rules while you're waiting for the class.

Please have your membership card ready to scan when entering the centre. When your session is over, please leave the centre as quickly as possible via the designated exits.

Follow the social distancing signs

Keep to the one-way system and try to stay at least 2 metres from others as much as possible.

Clean your equipment and mats

You can do this before and after use with the products provided around the gym.

Failure to comply with the new guidance, such as keeping a social distance, could lead to suspension of your membership.

We all have a part to play to stay safe whilst in our centres.

We have prepared a list of answers to questions you may have.
