Make sure that you read and understand the conditions before completing the application.

Pay by card over the phone

For debit or credit card payments, call 01248 750 057, select a language option then use the option for revenue, benefits and Council Tax and then the option for income and payments.

Pay by post

Print out the attached application form on this page and submit with a payment to the address provided in the form.

We do not accept payment in person

The council no longer accepts applications or payments in person.

Your responsibility

It is the responsibility of the parking season ticket holder to apply to renew a parking season ticket.

The council can refuse to renew a parking season ticket if the holder has persistently contravened the conditions and regulations of use or has wilfully prevented or obstructed the council from undertaking its duties.
