Dementia Friendly Anglesey

We want to create an Anglesey that is dementia friendly. This will help people to have a better understanding about dementia. It will make Anglesey a better place for those people living with dementia, their carers and family.

The Dementia Friendly Anglesey project will work with local communities to address locally identified priorities. 

These priorities include identifying areas within communities that need a dementia friendly facility or community building. The project will include working with various organisations, businesses, strategy groups, and wil work collaboratively to create an Anglesey that is dementia friendly.
