From free family fun days to children’s sports camps - there are lots of activities being delivered at your local Mon Actif Leisure Centre this February Half-Term.

Children’s sports camps will be held at Amlwch, David Hughes, Holyhead and Plas Arthur Leisure Centre and are open to children from 5-11 years of age. Activities in the camp include: swimming, football, rugby, athletics and more – a healthy breakfast is also included! The camps will run from 09:00 – 16:00 and cost just £10 per child.

If you want a fun filled family day out then look no further. Mon Actif have planned 3 free family fun days during February half-term and these will be delivered at Amlwch, Holyhead and Plas Arthur Leisure Centre. Fun day activities include: bouncy castle, face painting, swimming, entertainment, stalls and more!

Other activities that have been arranged during half-term include: free family aqua activities, pool inflatable sessions, junior fitness classes, snorkelling and much more!

Mon Actif Facilities Manager Mair Eluned commented, “It’s great to see so many activities taking place across our leisure centres. We are committed to provide children and families the opportunity to get active throughout the year and of course, during school holidays. The family fun days and sports camps organised previously have been very successful; hundreds of families and over a thousand children have enjoyed respective activities during the last 12 months.”
