What we collect
We can collect large items such as an old cooker, furniture, or fridge/freezer. We can collect up to 4 items.
What we do not collect
We do not collect:
- any commercial waste (arrangements must be made with a private contractor)
- builder's waste
- garden waste (take it to your local recycling centre)
- surplus household waste (take it to your local recycling centre)
- clinical waste (special arrangements can be made for clinical waste - contact us for details)
Cost
The service costs £46 including VAT for collecting up to 4 items.
We require an upfront payment via debit/credit card for the service.

We’ll need to know:
- who you are
- where you live
- what you need collecting
All items must be put on the kerbside at the usual bin collection point by 7am on the specified day of collection. Do not put any items out the night before.
If the items have not been presented at the collection point by this time and the collection vehicle has attempted collection, we will not be able to give a refund.

There are 2 household waste recycling centres on Anglesey where you can get rid of your bulky items and household waste free.
Other options
- Use the internet to find websites that sell or reuse items you don’t want.
- Furniture can also be advertised and sold through social media, local newspapers and magazines.
